Surveying: The surveying is complete.

North Path Project asphalt and drainage repair will start work in mid-June.

American Disposal

Kirk will look in a group purchase of trash service.

Jim Bever has forwarded the information to Charles Stewart for action.

2019 Budget Fine Tuning – Budget was adjusted

Common Areas

15 trees will be planted. Bob and Judy Cosgrif have been working in the lower common. Major planting of wild flower plugs for ground cover.

Dates and activities will go to the newsletter.

Architectural Control Committee

Seven applications were approved. Pam will write a Newsletter article on moss cleaning products.

Changes to Deed and Declaration are progressing. The final push will start on June 1.

President

Braddock District Council was May 8 was interesting. Ann Sharp told me that the Still Meadow and Roberts roads would be discussed between VDOT and City of Fairfax.

HFCA Calendar: The Social Committee will update the calendar.

Newsletter: The newsletter printing is planned for the week of May 22, 2019
