• Motion to approve September Meeting Minutes, Motion by Chuck, 2nd by Jim - Approved
• October 13 minutes will be re-sent with modifications for approval at the November board meeting along with October 27 minutes

Financials, Reserve Fund, and Budget: 

• Reviewed and discussed updated insurance cost in budget excel shared by Chuck
  • Motion for the next board to prepare future budget plan looking ahead 4 years to support each year's individual budget approval by Jim, 2nd by Chuck; Yes: 9, No: 0
  • Motion to approve budget as shared on screen by Chuck, 2nd by Jim; Yes: 9, No: 0
• Motion for "not to exceed" value of $800 for Halloween and Christmas social committee activities by Chuck, 2nd by Jim; Yes: 9, No: 0

Strategic Planning Branding

• Discussion about the plan ahead with bids for community branding
• Motion for Strategic Planning Committee to reconvene and represent branding information at November board meeting. Motion Pam, 2nd Chuck; Yes: 9, No: 0
