November Meeting Minutes - Secretary 

• Motion to pass November meeting minutes sent via email prior, Yes-9, No-0; approved

Kirk’s Board Retirement

• By-Laws - original copies
  • No volunteer
• Archiving Documents
  • Secretary will continue to archive as needed
• Newsletter Advertising
  • Bill will do it if there are no other volunteers

Executive session

• Motion to have an executive session to discuss interpersonal matters among the board by Telah, 2nd Bill, Yes-9, No-0; approved

 Annual Dues – Treasurer 

• Almost 50% collected to-date
• Jim will email the text for a dues reminder to be sent via the listserve to David Tropiano (listserve manager)

Nominating committee

• Motion to schedule the vote for the new board (that normally occurs at the October annual meeting) for the month of March of 2021 by Jim, 2nd Bill, Yes-9, No-0; approved

Announcement

• Chuck announced his resignation from the board effective December 31, 2020 after 7 years on the board.

Adjournment 

• Motion to Adjourn Chuck, 2nd Pam: all approve

Email Votes prior to Dec. 8 2020 meeting:

Motion via email that the board purchase a Zoom account in an amount not to exceed $250.00. This account would be used for Hickory Farms' virtual board meetings, virtual community meetings run by the board and virtual committee meetings.  The account would have two co-owners who would manage the use of the account. Paid for out of the Strategic Planning Fund. Motion via email on 11/15 by Telah,  2nd by Chuck via email on 11/15, Yes-8, No-1; approved
